I personally think the boiler is getting towards the end of its useful life.
I was very very happy with your courtesy, manner and care, not to mention the laughter, and was staggeringly pleased to have paid such a reasonable sum for your efforts in strained circumstances.
As you know, I intend to replaced the boiler in the short term and would be more than happy to ask you to help me do that.

He was superb, worked long hours to make sure we had heating and hot water as quickly as possible. His workmanship is immaculate, efficient and very tidy. Mark is no longer our gas and heating engineer, he... read moreMark is no longer our gas and heating engineer, he is more than that, he has become a friend. Mark took on our kitchen diner utility merge project with a boiler move and upgrade, with an un-vented water cylinder installation. Not to mention the radiator moves & changes from panel to fancy uprights. He managed all this with in-the-way builders, a house move and all with in the price quoted.
